About the St. Mary's CE Primary School, Mucklestone

St. Mary’s is a small but vibrant school community. Children enjoy a warm and nurturing environment and achieve well during their time at the school. There is an extensive extra-curricular offer which reflects children’s interest and the links with the local church are strong. St. Mary’s was rated good by Ofsted at its last inspection in 2019 and Outstanding at SIAMS in 2018.

The role

We are seeking a Head of School who will work creatively and energetically, someone who will be unrelenting in their drive to give the pupils the very best learning opportunities and to provide rich and excellent education for all.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will have experience in senior leadership. They will be self-motivated and committed  individual who will be able to make an immediate impact with the team. 

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with initiative, drive and commitment to support the Trust vision, ‘Unlocking potential – building futures’
